The Barbara Forfar Nursing Scholarship teams-up with United Way of Monmouth and Ocean Counties and Jenkinson’s for its second annual fundraiser to be held Sunday April 21. The eight+ hour event will be a very special afternoon packed with performances from 9 of the top Jersey Shore bands around, an all you can eat buffet and other special activities, all to help the Jersey Shore victims of Superstorm Sandy and the nurses of Ocean Medical Center.

100% of all proceeds from this event will be divided among the Barbara Forfar Nursing Scholarship Fund which annually benefits the nurses of Ocean Medical Center by providing nursing scholarships to nurses and nursing students looking to further their formal education in the nursing profession and the United Way of both Monmouth and Ocean County to be earmarked to specifically help the local victims of Hurricane Sandy here at the jersey shore.
